Thornlie Early Learning Centre provides long daycare and maintains a small, family-feel by intentionally keeping placement numbers low. With an exclusive 41 spots available, we're able to give each child the unlimited attention they deserve! This means we get to know your child on a much deeper level, delivering the personalised care your child needs to thrive.
LONG DAYcare.
6:30AM - 6:00PM
Our long daycare services are available for children ages 8 weeks to 5 years. We’re open from 6:30am – 6:00pm, provide fresh healthy meals and clean bedding, and have lots of fun!
babies (0 - 2)
We have two baby rooms — Puggles and Platapups — to accommodate our littlest learners. Our caring staff follow your home routines and nap practices as closely as possible for stability and a smooth transition into care.
toddlers (2 - 3)
Our toddlers can be found in the Bilbies room. The experiences here are carefully designed to support the social, emotional, and physical development needs unique to this age group.
kindies (4 - 5)
Our kindy children are called Joeys. As a part of our dynamic and fun learning curriculum, they also take part in our School Readiness program, preparing them for "big school".

Thornlie Early Learning Centre has been thoughtfully designed from the ground up. In addition to age-appropriate outdoor spaces, our unique quadrangle layout means our main buildings face each other and have shared outdoor play area.
The shared open space encourages interaction, cooperation, and socialisation across different groups for strong social development, community spirit, and a sense of belonging.
